We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and ready for dispatch
We do not accept returns for international orders
Products returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and share clear images or videos of the damaged or defective product.
Exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Size, color, design preference, or change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted
Return courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer

Our team will share the return address
Securely pack the product and ship it back at your expense
Include a note mentioning your name, order number, and issue details
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality team
If the product meets our return/exchange criteria, the exchange or refund will be processed
Sayna Home Furnishing reserves the right to reject any request if the product does not meet policy conditions
Products that are used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
Items returned after the 7-day window
Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned on product page)
Refunds are issued only for approved damaged or defective product returns
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–6 working days
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
