Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for Sayna Home Furnishing

Thank you for shopping with Sayna Home Furnishing. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

  • We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and ready for dispatch

  • We do not accept returns for international orders

  • Products returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and share clear images or videos of the damaged or defective product.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Size, color, design preference, or change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted

  • Return courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer


Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number along with images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will share the return address

  4. Securely pack the product and ship it back at your expense

  5. Include a note mentioning your name, order number, and issue details


Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality team

  • If the product meets our return/exchange criteria, the exchange or refund will be processed

  • Sayna Home Furnishing reserves the right to reject any request if the product does not meet policy conditions


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned on product page)


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for approved damaged or defective product returns

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–6 working days

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
